Job Summary
What You'll be Doing
šEuropean Operations Management šManage Moleculeās European cross-border operations, including contracts, payroll, and financial transactions. šOversee vendor and partner relationships, ensuring obligations and service levels are met. šCoordinate with external advisors (legal, compliance, tax) to maintain cross-border regulatory compliance. šFinance & Compliance šPartner on budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and cost management. šEnsure accurate expense tracking, payments, and compliance with European accounting standards. šSupport fundraising operations and investor reporting. šMaintain audit readiness and risk management frameworks.
What You Bring to the Table
š5+ yearsā experience in operations, finance, or business management roles (startup/scale-up experience a plus). šStrong knowledge of European cross-border operations (contracts, compliance, payroll, financial transactions). šProven track record in building and streamlining operational processes. šSolid financial literacy and comfort working alongside finance professionals. šDomain expertise in biotech/pharma and/or commercial/e-commerce models. šExcellent organisational and project management skills; comfortable juggling multiple priorities.
