Job Summary
Responsibilities:
📍Operational Leadership: 📍Lead and manage the daily operations of the branch, ensuring seamless and efficient workflow across all functions. 📍Optimize the use of branch resources, including financial, technical, and human capital, to maximize performance and efficiency. 📍Compliance & Risk Management: 📍Ensure the branch operates in full compliance with local and international regulatory requirements, particularly in relation to cryptocurrency laws. 📍Collaborate closely with legal and compliance teams to address and mitigate risks, including AML and KYC protocols. 📍Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes and ensure the branch’s policies and procedures remain compliant. 📍Communication & Stakeholder Engagement: 📍as the primary liaison with regulatory authorities, handling inquiries and ensuring timely and accurate reporting. 📍Provide regular updates on branch performance, compliance status, and risk management to senior leadership.
Key Requirements:
