Job Summary
What you will be working on
šLeading B2B acquisition, partner marketing and growth marketing strategies. šLeading a small team to identify where further resources are required as the business expands its products and moves into new geos. šWork in complete collaboration with Sales and Partner Success teams providing market intelligence, lead generation and lead qualification. šMonitoring and pushing sales activity across the board ensuring sales is on tract to targets and grabbing market potential. šOverseeing the development of compelling, high-quality marketing content, and product marketing and sales enablement assets. šContinuing to develop, finesse and champion a consistent brand voice and message across all our marketing channels. šIdentifying and building campaigns around trending topics to amplify our reach. šCreating processes, templates and structure to execute on your strategies. šCommunicating, coaching and sharing processes and best practices with a variety of other colleagues and teams. šManaging the workload of a large international marketing and PR agency and work closely with small internal design team. šSeting, tracking and forecasting the marketing budget. šWorking closely with the business development sales team to create effective and creative acquisition campaigns. šEnsuring your team works closely with the customer success and product teams šMeasuring and report on the performance of campaigns. šPlaning and supporting the execution of drip campaigns, sponsored social media, web SEO/SEM and display advertising. šPlaning and supporting the execution of online and offline marketing campaigns; including international events. šTaking responsibility for the website and continue to optimize its content and conversions.
What you will bring:
š7+ yearsā experience in marketing within a hypergrowth SaaS or B2B tech product or service (this could be a Series A or B scale-up, for example). šRelevant Web3 and crypto experience and understanding highly valued. šDemonstrable experience in developing effective strategies for all marketing aspects (market intelligence, product market, branding, advertising campaigns, digital). šExperience in working with Sales CRMs (Salesforce or Hubspot). šExperience in managing an international team. šAbility to manage a budget efficiently and effectively. šStrong project and people management skills. šEvidence of success through a proven ability to drive awareness, market share and marketing qualified leads. šA good understanding of blockchain technologies, cryptocurrencies and what motivates Web3 communities.
