Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
šSocial Media and Community Growth: šDevelop strategies to expand our social media reach and increase engagement across platforms like X/Telegram, YouTube, Warpcast, Reddit, Instagram, and TikTok. šEnsure alignment with broader growth metrics, including lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention. Brand Strategy: šOversee the evolution of the brand identity, ensuring consistency and impact across all touchpoints. šCollaborate with creative and design teams to develop compelling campaigns and visual assets that resonate with our target audience. šAdvertising and User Acquisition: šManage performance marketing efforts, including paid ads, influencer partnerships, and sponsorships. šOptimize ad spend and campaigns to maximize ROI and drive scalable growth. šGrowth Experimentation: šRun experiments to test new growth channels and tactics, leveraging data and analytics to refine strategies. šMeasure campaign success and continuously iterate to improve performance. šTeam Leadership and Development: šLead and grow a small but ambitious team, starting with a Community Manager and a User Acquisition and Social Media Manager. šShape the team in line with the companyās growth objectives and provide guidance to ensure effective execution.
What skills and competences will help you to succeed in the role:
šExperience: 5+ years in growth marketing, with a proven track record of success in scaling marketing efforts for Web3 or community-driven products. šLeadership: Experience managing and growing a team, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop team members to achieve business goals. šExpertise in Digital Marketing: Extensive experience with social media marketing, performance marketing, and user acquisition strategies. šData-Driven: Ability to leverage data analytics to inform decisions, optimize campaigns, and measure success (familiarity with tools like Amplitude is a plus). šCreative: Strong understanding of brand identity, with experience collaborating closely with design and creative teams to develop high-impact campaigns.
