Key Responsibilities:
đź“ŤHR Strategy & Leadership: Develop and implement HR operational strategies based on quantitative approach and analytics đź“ŤHR Service Delivery: Oversee HR service centers and shared service functions, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and continuous improvement in HR operations. đź“ŤCompliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws, HR policies, and regulatory requirements across all regions. đź“ŤHR Systems & Technology: Lead the adoption and optimization of HR technology platforms, ensuring seamless integration, automation, and efficiency. đź“ŤProcess Improvement & Standardization: Streamline HR processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness across global operations. đź“ŤWorkforce Analytics & Reporting: Implement data-driven decision-making by leveraging HR metrics and analytics for workforce planning and performance tracking. đź“ŤChange Management: Lead HR transformation initiatives, ensuring successful implementation of new policies, processes, and digital solutions. đź“ŤBudget & Vendor Management: Oversee HR & Facilities operational budgets and manage external HR service providers and vendors.
Qualifications & Experience:
📍Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Legal or related field (Master’s degree preferred). 📍5+ years of experience in HR operations, with at least 3+ years in a senior leadership role overseeing global HR functions. 📍Strong knowledge of HR compliance, employment laws, and labor regulations across multiple countries (CY, EU is a must). 📍Expertise in HRIS systems, payroll management and shared services models. 📍Proven track record in driving HR operational efficiencies, automation, and process improvements. 📍Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. 📍Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
