Responsibilities

📍Manage all accounting and finance functions, including planning, budgeting, procurement, investments, and audit. 📍Prepare year-end accounts and statutory accounts and ensure compliance with Singapore FRS and IFRS accounting standards. 📍Assist in tax matters such as FATCA and CRS, as well as regulatory reporting. 📍Design/streamline operational and accounting processes ensuring business efficiency. 📍Collaborate closely with internal teams to provide financial guidance, conduct information analysis, and offer recommendations. 📍Conduct financial analysis on product and platform business models to provide insights for decision-making and identify risks and opportunities.

Qualifications

📍Extensive knowledge in the field of financial management 📍Extensive experience in financial reporting and group consolidation according to IFRS and GAAP for business 📍Extensive knowledge of transfer pricing, direct and indirect taxation, tax reporting and processes 📍Demonstrated ability in developing and implementing business strategy 📍Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to develop relationships at all levels 📍Proven leadership and teamwork skills in a multicultural environment 📍Developing and implementing business models/processes in multi-site location 📍Fluency in English is mandatory
