Responsibilities

📍Lead and manage the finance and accounting functions for the Brazil region. 📍Develop and implement financial strategies and plans to support the company’s business objectives.Oversee cash management, budget preparation, forecasting, and financial reporting for the LATAM region. 📍Conduct due diligence and manage post-closing integration for M&A activities. 📍Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements and industry best practices. 📍Liaise with external auditors, legal advisors, and tax authorities. 📍Represent the company before investors, financial institutions, vendors, and clients. 📍Build and maintain key relationships with clients, suppliers, investors, and financial partners. 📍Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. 📍Implement and oversee financial systems and processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements

📍Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or CMA designation is highly desirable. 📍Extensive experience in a senior finance role within the financial services industry, preferably in cryptocurrency exchanges, trade desks, or payment gateways. 📍Proven track record in managing financial operations across multiple countries. 📍Strong understanding of financial transactions, accounting principles, and reconciliation processes. 📍Experience in M&A activities, including due diligence and post-closing integration. 📍Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. 📍Ability to manage multiple priorities and build relationships with partners and stakeholders. 📍Fluency in Portuguese and English is mandatory; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
