Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

šŸ“Serve as the primary commercial contact for Lineaā€™s most important institutional and strategic accounts (banks, FIs, asset managers, Web2 platforms). šŸ“Lead a team responsible for relationship management, partner success, and account growth across strategic verticals. šŸ“Develop account plans, support onboarding, and coordinate internally to deliver on complex partner needs (product, infra, marketing). šŸ“Represent institutional partners internally ā€” surfacing strategic feedback to shape product, GTM, and ecosystem priorities. šŸ“Collaborate with BD, product, and growth teams to drive adoption, TVL, and active usage across institutional partners. šŸ“Help define Lineaā€™s approach to enterprise and large partner support, including support models, metrics, and customer journeys. šŸ“Contribute to strategic initiatives like institutional liquidity programs, co-marketing activations, and pilot projects with key accounts. šŸ“Maintain strong understanding of evolving crypto market, enterprise blockchain use cases, and regulatory implications.

Qualifications

šŸ“8ā€“12 years in strategic partnerships, enterprise account management, or ecosystem roles ā€” ideally in fintech, SaaS, or Web3. šŸ“Experience working with or selling to banks, financial institutions, large enterprises, or global tech platforms. šŸ“Track record of managing teams, scaling operations, and supporting high-value customer journeys. šŸ“Excellent executive presence and communication skills ā€” able to influence at C-level. šŸ“Strong operational and commercial acumen, with ability to define goals and execute cross-functionally. šŸ“Familiarity with blockchain infrastructure, smart contracts, and L1/L2 ecosystems.
