Job Summary
Requirements:
šProven track record in Developer Relations in Web3; šPrevious experience developing and leading workshops, presentations, community talks, public speaking and networking; šDeep understanding of Web3 industry; šProven experience in leading and mentoring teams, focusing on empowering team members and scaling developer relations strategies; šExcellent written and verbal communication skills (especially technical writing).
Responsibilities:
šFoster and expand technical support for our community of developers across various social platforms (e.g., GitHub, Discord, Twitter, Reddit, Telegram, Stack Overflow, and more); šRepresent and speak at global technical events, including meetups, hackathons, and conferences; šManage and oversee technical documentation such as docs, blog posts, tutorials, and videos to address knowledge gaps and enhance partners' understanding and collaboration within the TON ecosystem; šCollaborate closely with TON Core and TON Studio to align on their priorities and initiatives; šLead and mentor a team of developer advocates to engage the community and provide continuous support across diverse channels; šDevelop and execute a holistic strategy to boost developer engagement; šSupervise the creation of educational resources, including tutorials, guides, API documentation, and other materials to help developers; šBuild relationships with key developers, address technical queries, organize and speak at conferences, meetups, and online forums like GitHub, Discord, and Twitter. šPartner with engineering, product, and marketing teams to align on features, share community insights, and ensure a smooth developer experience; šDefine KPIs for developer engagement and success, track performance, and use data to optimize efforts.
