Responsibilities:

📍Manage business critical real-time trading systems in order to identify issues and problem areas 📍Ensure the smooth running of the firm’s trading and execution systems using in-house proprietary software applications and tools 📍Carrying out trade surveillance 📍Interacting with operations technology teams 📍Implement new systems and configuration updates for the purpose of trading operations, risk management and new markets/product launches 📍Testing of software releases, upgrades and applications as part of the trading system 📍Assisting in the training of relevant staff to ensure continuing competence in accordance with the CySEC regulation 📍Troubleshooting a variety of trading issues and liaising with appropriate teams where necessary to ensure their resolution 📍Keeping up to date with changes in market conduct regulations

Requirements:

📍Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field 📍Solid experience in a trading or dealing role within a regulated financial institution (CySEC, FCA, or equivalent).Strong knowledge of financial markets and regulatory environments 📍Good understanding of risk management and compliance requirements in proprietary trading 📍Detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working independently 📍Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
