Job Summary
You will
📍Lead the execution of a comprehensive data analytics strategy aligned with business objectives 📍Build a data science function to support decision-making and influence the company strategy and product roadmaps 📍Manage and mentor our data team, and cultivate a culture of high performance 📍Implement Shakepay’s framework for automated decision making, risk detection and fraud prevention 📍Partner with cross-functional teams to prioritize deep-dives on key business questions 📍Evangelize a data-driven culture across the organization
Must have
📍5+ years of experience leading a data team 📍7+ years of experience working on consumer facing products 📍Experience leading and building high-performing teams 📍Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Ability to distill nuanced statistical findings accurately to a business audience is critical 📍Technical proficiency in one of Python or R in a data science context and SQL 📍Experience in experiment & A/B/n test design and analysis 📍Experience conducting deep-dive statistical analysis (modeling, causality, regression, etc.)
