Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
đź“ŤOwn and evolve data science and analytics architecture across Everstake đź“ŤDesign and maintain scalable data pipelines, metrics layers, and analytical models đź“ŤLead technical decision-making across data platforms, BI, and orchestration đź“ŤTranslate blockchain, product, and business problems into clear data solutions đź“ŤDefine data standards, best practices, and development guidelines đź“ŤReview code, data models, and pipelines for quality, performance, and correctness đź“ŤMentor senior data scientists and analysts, provide technical leadership đź“ŤPartner closely with product, backend, infrastructure, and finance teams đź“ŤEnsure data reliability, observability, and correctness in production đź“ŤActively contribute hands-on where technical depth is required
Requirements (Must-Have):
