What You'll be Doing:

📍Drive the strategic direction and the execution of the Compliance program across all OKX entities within Europe. 📍Manage and elevate the performance of Country Heads of Compliance and MLROs, moving the team to a more unified, fast-moving regional force. 📍Audit current workflows and ruthlessly eliminate inefficiencies. Implement robust, scalable frameworks that reduce manual workload and utilize data/tech to speed up decision-making. 📍Liaise with first, second, and third-line teams to build a control environment that exceeds regulatory standards while maintaining commercial agility. 📍Oversee compliance reviews and investigations. 📍Produce data-driven compliance reports for management and the Board. You will focus on metrics, SLAs, and KPIs that demonstrate the speed and effectiveness of the compliance function. 📍Participate in Board committee and sub-committee meetings, whether as a member or on an as-needed basis. 📍Act as the primary escalation point for complex issues, providing decisive, commercially aware guidance to business stakeholders.

What We Look For in You:

📍8+ years of experience in compliance within financial services, FinTech or cryptocurrency industries, with a specific track record of operationalizing compliance strategies. 📍You don't just identify problems, you fix them. You have a proven ability to work fast, meet tight deadlines, and drive projects to completion in a high-pressure environment. 📍Experience reporting into or working closely with Operations teams. 📍You understand how to balance regulatory safety with operational speed.
