Key Responsibilities

📍Strategic Leadership: Define and implement the UX and design strategy in alignment with our business objectives and market needs. Lead the UX and Design team to ensure that our products provide enhanced user experiences and adhere to high design standards. 📍Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, engineering, product management, and sales, to integrate UX and design seamlessly into product development and company initiatives. 📍User-Centric Design: Champion a user-centric design approach, leveraging user research, target business personas, journey maps, and usability testing to inform strategic design decisions and product improvements. 📍Design Excellence: Oversee the entire design process, from concept to launch, ensuring that all products meet our high standards for usability, accessibility, and visual appeal. Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to gather feedback, understand user needs, and translate insights into design improvements. 📍Brand Consistency: Ensure that all product designs align with our brand identity, voice, and tone, enhancing brand recognition and user engagement where appropriate

Qualifications

📍Proven experience in a senior UX/UI design role, preferably within technology or fintech sectors. 📍A strong portfolio showcasing your work in UX/UI design, including examples of leading design projects from concept to launch. 📍Expertise in design thinking, user research, and usability testing. 📍Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a design team. 📍Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision). 📍Knowledge of front-end development practices and technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. 📍Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
