Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
šDriving the Regional Business Development Strategy: šLead the development and implementation of the Business Development strategy tailored to the US market, aligned with Global BD and Chorus One's long-term vision. šCollaborate with the Marketing, and Product teams to create Go to Market strategy. šStay informed about staking and blockchain industry trends and translate them into regional action plans. šDriving Business Development Outcomes: šDeliver on regional Sales targets. šAddress and fulfill the needs of customers within the region. šEnsure regional customer satisfaction with Chorus One as their preferred staking provider. šDevelop and maintain long-term strategic partnerships to enhance our offerings and presence in the market. šIdentify and address product/solution gaps through collaborations tailored to client needs in the region. šUtilize and expand existing relationships and cultivate new ones to drive sales results. šTeam Building and Development: šLead, mentor, and grow the Business Development team within the region. šPromote a work environment that prioritizes transparency, innovation and continuous learning.
Job requirements
Requirements: šCrypto-native with a well-established network in the blockchain ecosystem. šAt least 5 years of experience leading Business Development and/or Sales teams, with a significant track record in the B2B blockchain industry, particularly within the US. šProven ability to close large deals with institutional clients and develop a successful BD team. šIn-depth understanding of the staking industry, blockchain technology, and regional market dynamics. šExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact across diverse cultures. šWillingness and ability to travel 50-60% of the time to conferences and events.
