Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

šŸ“Driving the Regional Business Development Strategy: šŸ“Lead the development and implementation of the Business Development strategy tailored to the US market, aligned with Global BD and Chorus One's long-term vision. šŸ“Collaborate with the Marketing, and Product teams to create Go to Market strategy. šŸ“Stay informed about staking and blockchain industry trends and translate them into regional action plans. šŸ“Driving Business Development Outcomes: šŸ“Deliver on regional Sales targets. šŸ“Address and fulfill the needs of customers within the region. šŸ“Ensure regional customer satisfaction with Chorus One as their preferred staking provider. šŸ“Develop and maintain long-term strategic partnerships to enhance our offerings and presence in the market. šŸ“Identify and address product/solution gaps through collaborations tailored to client needs in the region. šŸ“Utilize and expand existing relationships and cultivate new ones to drive sales results. šŸ“Team Building and Development: šŸ“Lead, mentor, and grow the Business Development team within the region. šŸ“Promote a work environment that prioritizes transparency, innovation and continuous learning.

Job requirements

Requirements: šŸ“Crypto-native with a well-established network in the blockchain ecosystem. šŸ“At least 5 years of experience leading Business Development and/or Sales teams, with a significant track record in the B2B blockchain industry, particularly within the US. šŸ“Proven ability to close large deals with institutional clients and develop a successful BD team. šŸ“In-depth understanding of the staking industry, blockchain technology, and regional market dynamics. šŸ“Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact across diverse cultures. šŸ“Willingness and ability to travel 50-60% of the time to conferences and events.
