Job Summary
Key Accountabilities
📍Strategising, executing & reporting on an SEO & content strategy 📍Helping set and hitting ranking & revenue based targets 📍Line management & hiring of the SEO & Content team 📍Working with our content agencies to deliver optimised content 📍Working with our content distribution agencies to secure strong placements across numerous markets 📍Having visibility on the search landscape and ensuring we are everywhere we need to be (reviewing competitor strategies, new placements, etc.) 📍Contributing to the strategic direction and organic growth of leading blockchain projects to ensure they achieve their ambitious goals 📍Managing the content operation to ensure timely delivery of content against the weekly targets
Requirements
Essential 📍A solid understanding of SEO and demonstrable success, ideally in a fast-paced start-up/agency environment 📍6+ years of experience in an SEO role 📍Provable experience managing small teams 📍Ability to work autonomously and own projects from start to finish 📍Strong organisational skills, ability to prioritise and manage a large workload 📍Knowledge of SEO tools such as Google Analytics / SEMrush / Ahrefs / Google Search Console etc.
