Job Summary
What You'll do
šStrategic Partner Development and Growth šBuild and manage relationships with top-tier KOLs, crypto influencers, local media and community leaders to drive user acquisition šDesign and implement KOL and affiliate activation programs that drive user acquisition and engagement šOversee the development of partnership-specific content and promotional campaigns šCollaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, community, etc) to ensure the success of affiliate and strategic partner deals šIdentify and capitalize on new market opportunities through data-driven analysis and community insights šTrack and optimize partnership performance using tools like Kaito.ai Team Leadership & Strategy šBuild and lead a high-performing business development team focused on affiliate / KOL growth šEstablish clear KPIs and success metrics šProvide strategic insights to leadership team based on market trends and partner feedback
Who you are what you'll bring
š5+ years of business development experience in crypto/DeFi, with a proven track record of building and managing Affiliate / KOL partnerships šDeep understanding of crypto influencer ecosystems and community dynamics šStrong existing relationships with crypto KOLs, media outlets, and community platforms šExperience in developing and executing partnership strategies that drive measurable growth šData-driven approach to partnership evaluation and optimization šOutstanding communication skills with the ability to build trust with partners and internal stakeholders šPrevious experience leading and mentoring business development teams preferred šPassion for DeFi and a strong belief in decentralized trading
