Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
šEmail Marketing Execution and Strategy šWork closely with the Senior Marketing Manager to plan, create, and execute B2B email marketing campaigns, ensuring high engagement and conversion rates. šOptimize email workflows, segmentation, and messaging to align with Octavās B2B audience and broader marketing goals. šMonitor campaign performance metrics, analyze results, and provide actionable insights for improvement. šBuild Strategic Partnerships šIdentify and engage with complementary brands, industry leaders, and influencers in the Web3 and DeFi sectors. šCollaborate on co-marketing initiatives to expand Octavās reach and generate new leads. šDevelop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships that support our marketing objectives. Engage and Grow the Community šPlan and execute community-focused initiatives, such as webinars, virtual events, and Q&A sessions, to engage industry professionals. šPartner with the Social Media Manager to cross-promote email campaigns and partnership content across social channels. šAct as the communityās voice, gathering feedback to inform email content and overall marketing strategies. šCollaborate on Integrated Campaigns šWork alongside the Senior Marketing Manager to align partnerships, email marketing, and community engagement efforts with overarching B2B marketing strategies. šRegularly report on the success of email campaigns and partnership-driven initiatives, recommending improvements to maximize impact.
Requirements:
šEmail Marketing Expertise: 2+ years of experience in planning and executing B2B email marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on driving engagement and lead generation. šPartnership Development: Experience in building and managing relationships with external partners, ideally in the Web3, crypto, or DeFi space. šCommunity Engagement: A track record of organizing and executing virtual events or community initiatives. šData-Driven: Strong analytical skills to measure and improve campaign performance including SEO, with experience using tools like HubSpot, Gainsight, or similar platforms. šRelationship Builder: A natural communicator with a talent for establishing and nurturing professional partnerships. šCollaborative Team Player: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and adapt to a fast-paced environment. šPassion for Web3: A deep understanding of the Web3 and DeFi ecosystem, with a desire to contribute to its growth and development.
