Job Summary
Responsibilities
šDefine and lead Flipsterās global growth marketing strategy across acquisition, lifecycle (CRM), and organic channels, aligning with company goals and product roadmap šOwn performance across paid channels and lifecycle campaigns, setting KPIs and budget allocation to drive scalable, efficient user growth šLead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team across performance marketing, CRM, and SEO, fostering a culture of accountability, experimentation, and continuous improvement šOversee campaign execution and growth experiments, ensuring alignment across marketing, product, and creative teams šDevelop and manage a data-driven growth operating model, including forecasting, funnel metrics, attribution, and performance dashboards šCollaborate closely with Product, Design, and Engineering to optimize user journeys and conversion flows from acquisition through retention šLead SEO strategy in partnership with content and technical teams to grow qualified organic traffic and visibility šDrive cross-functional initiatives and go-to-market strategies that support user acquisition, retention, and trading volume growth
Qualifications
š6+ years of experience in growth, performance, or lifecycle marketing, including 3+ years in a lead managerial position šProven success leading multi-functional growth teams across paid acquisition, CRM, and SEO, preferably in crypto, fintech, or Web3 šDemonstrated ability to manage significant growth budgets and deliver measurable ROI šStrong leadership and team development skills, with experience building and scaling marketing teams in high-growth environments šDeep understanding of funnel metrics, experimentation frameworks, attribution models, and performance analytics šFamiliarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Amplitude, and Iterable or similar CRM platforms šExcellent collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders šFluent in English; Mandarin or another APAC language is a strong plus
