We are looking for an extremely crypto-native individual to lead growth efforts for Ribbon. You will own the user acquisition and marketing strategy for all Ribbon products — including Ribbon Vaults, Ribbon Lend, and Aevo.

Your responsibilities

Define and own growth strategies for all the Ribbon products Come up with strategies for growing mindshare of Ribbon within DeFi community as well as broader retail & institutional audience Work with our engineering team to build new products that improve user acquisition (e.g referral programs, incentives, and so on) What we are looking for

Extremely crypto-native and has their finger on the pulse of the various DeFi protocols and categories that exist (we will test!) Ability to hunt down new opportunities and come up with creative ideas for growing the protocol Entrepreneurial mindset and prepared to hustle

Nice to have

Has a presence on Crypto Twitter (>1,000 followers) Demonstrated experience with growth/business development for another DeFi protocol or startup Is well-connected with other projects or has strong reference checks with reputable people in the industry
