Job Summary
What You’ll Do
📍Own and execute io.net’s growth marketing strategy across paid, organic, and owned channels 📍Launch and optimize demand gen campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Search, and high-intent B2B channels 📍Build and lead io.net’s SEO/AIO strategy to drive qualified traffic and conversions 📍Collaborate with Product Marketing on launches, landing pages, and conversion paths 📍Set up, track, and report on core funnel metrics (MQLs, CAC, CVR, CPA, etc.) 📍Stand up lightweight marketing analytics infrastructure with support from Product 📍Drive experimentation culture: test, learn, repeat—with fast feedback loops 📍Work cross-functionally with BD and Product to align on audience insights and growth opportunities
What You Bring
📍4+ years of experience in B2B growth marketing, ideally in SaaS, AI, developer tools, or Web3 📍Proven track record of building or scaling demand generation programs from scratch 📍Strong hands-on experience with performance channels (SEM, LinkedIn, retargeting, etc.) 📍Working knowledge of SEO/AIO principles and content-driven conversion 📍Familiarity with marketing automation, analytics tools (GA, HubSpot, etc.) 📍Data-driven mindset with the ability to move quickly and prioritize ruthlessly 📍Comfort operating independently and owning outcomes in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
