Job Summary
You will:
šDefine and execute Solanaās BD strategy across Greater China. šBuild and maintain senior-level relationships with executives at banks, insurance companies, major technology firms, and leading startups. šEngage with regulators at multiple levels to ensure Solana adoption aligns with compliance and regulatory expectations. šIdentify and develop opportunities for blockchain adoption across payments, tokenization, capital markets, and enterprise use cases. šRepresent the Solana Foundation at industry events, conferences, and government forums across the region. šCollaborate with Solanaās global BD, ecosystem, and policy teams to drive alignment on strategic initiatives.
You have:
š10+ years of experience in business development, enterprise partnerships, or strategy within fintech, financial services, technology, or blockchain. šProven ability to engage and influence senior executives across financial institutions, insurers, technology companies, and startups. šExperience navigating complex regulatory environments, with strong relationships or credibility with relevant authorities. šNative fluency in Mandarin and business fluency in English (written and spoken). Cantonese is a plus. šStrong understanding of blockchain, digital assets, and payment systems in Greater China. šAbility to travel frequently across the region.
