Job Summary
Responsibilities
šMarketing Technology Platform Integrations: šLead the integration of various marketing technology platforms to enhance marketing capabilities. šEnsure seamless operation and communication between systems, leveraging tools such as Segment, Google Tag Manager, and Appsflyer. šMarketing Measurement: šDevelop and implement comprehensive measurement frameworks to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. šUtilize advanced analytics to inform strategic decisions based on performance and ROI metrics. šBidding and Automation: šDesign and implement automated bidding strategies to optimize ad spend across digital channels. šLeverage data science and machine learning techniques to enhance marketing automation and streamline campaign execution. šSegmentation and Modelling: šConduct sophisticated customer segmentation and build predictive models to identify key customer insights. šPerform analyses on customer lifetime value and tailor strategies to enhance targeting and personalization efforts. šGeneral Responsibilities: šCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams, to align initiatives with broader business objectives and drive progress. šStay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in marketing and data science to drive innovation. šMentor junior team members and contribute to the development of data science best practices within the team.
Requirements
šBachelorās or Masterās degree in Marketing, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field. š5-7 years of experience in marketing technology, data science, or a related area. šProficiency with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL, Tableau). šExperience with marketing automation and CRM platforms, specifically integrations with tools such as Segment. šIn-depth knowledge of website analytics and app attribution tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Appsflyer. šStrong understanding of machine learning techniques and predictive modeling. šUnderstanding in marketing measurement frameworks and execution of bidding and automation strategies. šStrong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders. šProven track record of successfully managing and executing data-driven marketing projects.
