Job Summary
Responsibilities
šLearn and assist with OTC trading operations during London hours, supporting quote generation and client relationship management under senior trader supervision. šShadow and learn from seniors on pricing/quoting before progressing to handling trades independently. šSupport the business development team with research and analysis for OTC sales initiatives, whilst identifying ways to deepen existing relationships. šUtilize internal market commentary and research resources to increase the value of key trading accounts. šAttend relevant training sessions, conferences, and networking events to build industry knowledge and expand professional network.
Requirements
šRecent Bachelor's degree (2:1 or above) in a quantitative or related field, such as Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, or Engineering. šWork experience in markets/trading related roles preferred in any asset class. šStrong academic record demonstrating analytical and problem-solving abilities. šCompetitive nature with success in work or extracurricular activities. šBasic understanding of financial instruments; derivatives knowledge is a plus but full training will be provided. šStrong interest and curiosity in blockchain, cryptocurrency and DeFi - you actively follow crypto news and market developments. šExcellent communication skills and ability to build relationships. šSelf-motivated with strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
