How you will stand out:
šBachelorās or Masterās Degree In Human Resource, Business Management š15 years of relevant experience in strategic talent acquisition šProven ability to design and execute large-scale hiring strategies across multiple regions. šStrong expertise in workforce planning, employer branding, and talent market intelligence. šHands-on experience in executive and leadership hiring for high-impact roles. šBusiness acumen and ability to align talent strategies with company growth objectives. šExperience in high-growth industries such as high tech or semiconductor industry is a plus. šProficiency in talent analytics, HR tech platforms, and AI-driven recruitment solutions.
