Responsibilities:

📍Work closely with the Global Head of Product Compliance in developing and embedding a robust and efficient framework to facilitate end-to-end compliance control coverage for business unit product launches, new features, maintenance, and support to implement country product restrictions. 📍Manage all existing policies and procedures relating to the product compliance framework and update accordingly. 📍Work on the improvements to the process and documentation including, but not limited to risk assessment templates, registers and process documentation. 📍Accountable for the overall successful delivery of the framework including risk management, senior stakeholder management and any other key deliverable for the end to end product cycle. 📍Liaise with the Product Teams to ensure updates to the register of upcoming products, changes and new initiatives. 📍Facilitate on-going dialogue and training, particularly where gaps are identified, on regulatory requirements and product knowledge. 📍Maintain the RACI setting out roles and responsibilities between the relevant stakeholders to the framework. 📍Support in monitoring product related risks to the business. 📍Maintain awareness of regulatory developments and support the business in assessing impacts and improving controls where necessary. 📍Build strong and effective relationships across the business to promote a positive image of the Product Compliance Team and efficiently support and deliver work activities.

Requirements:

📍5+ years financial regulatory industry experience, preferably at a crypto native business, fintech, broker-dealer, investment adviser, asset manager, or bank holding company. 📍Excellent knowledge of the products offered by Binance and the technology behind the products. 📍Commercial awareness and focus on the application of regulation within the business. 📍Up to date knowledge of recent regulatory developments. 📍Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management. 📍Knowledgeable about regulatory expectations with regard to product governance and the implementation of appropriate systems and controls across different business profile types.
