đź“ŤWe're seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team! You'll play a key role in supporting accurate and timely payroll processing for our employees and contractors globally. Ideal candidates have strong communication skills and a desire to contribute to process improvement. Experience with payroll software and a passion for ensuring data security are a plus!
What you will need
đź“Ť5+ years running payroll in a small team set up or independently in the US, Canada and preferably multiple European countries (UK, Ireland, Spain, Portugal, Poland, etc.) đź“ŤAbility to navigate payroll systems efficiently, process payroll data accurately, and generate reports (e.g., ADP, Safeguard, Deel etc.). đź“ŤWorking knowledge of HR information systems like Workday, ADP, etc. đź“ŤStrong analytical and organizational skills. đź“ŤProficiency with Google Suite
