Skills you should HODL

📍Bachelor’s degree required (or equivalent experience); advanced degree or certifications in HR, Immigration, or Global Mobility preferred. 📍5+ years managing global mobility programs, including immigration, relocation, payroll, and tax compliance. 📍Deep knowledge of cross-border employment law, remote work compliance, and mobility-related benefits. 📍Strong vendor management skills and proven ability to collaborate across legal, tax, HR, and external partners.
