Join us as a Technical Product Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in managing technical service providers, coordinating projects, and ensuring seamless communication between internal stakeholders. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve overseeing the development of Arbitrum, managing internal databases, and driving special initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with our technical and DAO teams, contributing to multiple projects that shape the future of decentralized technology.

Job Summary

What you'll do:

📍Strategic Partnership Development: 📍Source, conduct due diligence, and execute high-value strategic partnerships with both established enterprise companies and start-ups that are considering developing on Arbitrum’s technology 📍Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy that aligns with the foundation's goals and objectives 📍Negotiation and Deal Structuring: 📍Lead negotiations with potential partners, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties. 📍Collaborate with legal and finance teams to structure and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. 📍Cross-Functional Collaboration: 📍Work closely with internal teams, including product, engineering, marketing, and legal, to ensure seamless execution and integration of partnerships. 📍Collaborate with regional teams to tailor partnership strategies that address specific market needs and nuances.

Who you are:

📍Experience in business development within the crypto industry 📍Strong passion and understanding of blockchain technologies 📍Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to identify, pursue and close complex partnerships 📍Experience in driving alignment from key internal stakeholders to support strategic decisions 📍Ability to present and speak in public to both technical and non-technical audiences 📍Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English 📍Previous work experience with a high-growth technology company 📍Wide professional network and high reputation in the blockchain industry
