Over the next few years, BitDAO intends to secure a handful of large partnerships (on the scale of zkSync, Game7, BitNetwork). šŸ“Brand Strategy Development šŸ“Create and refine Mantleā€™s global brand strategy, ensuring it reflects a premium, innovative, and cohesive identity. šŸ“Develop brand guidelines that are comprehensive yet adaptable across different geographies, cultures, and business units. šŸ“Own the brand narrative by crafting a compelling story that resonates across internal and external stakeholders. šŸ“Campaign Ideation & Execution šŸ“Propose and lead thematic brand campaigns that align with business objectives, product launches, and marketing needs. šŸ“Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring innovative ideas to life through campaigns that inspire and engage global audiences. šŸ“Evaluate campaign performance and brand sentiment to optimize future strategies. šŸ“Cross-BU Brand Compliance šŸ“Ensure all business units and external agencies adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining consistency across touchpoints including marketing, product, customer experience, and internal communications. šŸ“Act as the brand steward by auditing outputs across channels and providing actionable feedback. šŸ“Creative Leadership šŸ“Partner with creative teams to deliver visually stunning and narratively impactful assets. šŸ“Advocate for bold, out-of-the-box ideas while maintaining alignment with Mantleā€™s strategic goals. šŸ“Stakeholder Collaboration šŸ“Work closely with executive leadership to align brand initiatives with company vision and long-term goals. šŸ“Partner with marketing, PR, and product teams to drive cohesive brand integration.

Qualifications

Experience šŸ“8+ years in brand management roles within leading FinTech, tech, or consumer-facing companies, preferably with experience at public (IPO) companies or global premium brands šŸ“Proven track record of building and evolving a brand across multiple business units or geographies. šŸ“Demonstrated success in conceptualizing and executing innovative campaigns that deliver measurable impact.
