Requirements

📍Minimum of 15+ years in banking, capital markets software, or financial services with deep experience across Financial Market Infrastructures, Asset Managers, and Commercial Banks. 📍Proven track record of closing multi-million-dollar, large-scale institutional deals through influence and C-suite relationships. 📍Demonstrated success driving commercial outcomes across the full value chain of digital assets — from issuers to platforms, liquidity, and distribution partners. 📍Deep expertise in digital assets and tokenized real-world assets, including structuring, issuance, and distribution. 📍Located in or within close proximity to New York
