What You’ll Be Doing

📍Define and execute the US market strategy to achieve aggressive growth targets for the existing KAST business. 📍Manage P&L for the US operation, driving revenue growth, operational efficiency, and profitability. 📍Lead the end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution for the launch of a new KAST Business offering in the US market. 📍Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Legal teams to ensure a successful market-ready launch. 📍Establish early adoption and traction for the new offering, iterating based on market feedback. 📍Build and scale a high-calibre, multi-functional US team, including hiring for key leadership and operational roles. 📍Cultivate a strong, mission-driven culture that aligns with KAST’s global values. 📍Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and high performance. 📍Serve as the primary leader and representative for KAST in the US market, engaging with key stakeholders, partners, and regulators.

What You'll Bring

📍10+ years of progressive leadership and general management experience, with a significant portion spent in the Fintech, Payments, or Stablecoin sectors. 📍Must have demonstrable experience working at a high-growth startup, with a deep understanding of the speed, ambiguity, and resourcefulness required to succeed in a rapidly scaling environment. 📍Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling business lines in the US market. 📍Exceptional leadership skills with the proven ability to recruit, lead, and inspire high-performing, geographically distributed teams. 📍Strong financial and analytical skills, with a history of managing P&L and making data-driven strategic decisions.
