đź“ŤAs a Full Stack Engineer at Crossmint, your responsibilities will include: đź“ŤWrite high quality code: correct, secure, performant, maintainable. đź“ŤWrite architectural and design docs: individually and with the team. đź“ŤRun your projects end to end: from conceptualization, to shipping and beyond. đź“ŤPerform On-Call duties: participate in paid on-call shifts (once or twice a quarter). đź“ŤMentor new team members.
About you
📍To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: 📍Excellent Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent written and spoken English. 📍Educational Background: Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent knowledge and skills with industry experience. 📍Professional Experience: Accumulate 3-5+ years of professional experience. 📍Programming Expertise: Showcase advanced knowledge in at least one modern programming language such as Javascript, Java, Python, Scala, Ruby, etc.
