We are looking for a founding software engineer to join us to build at the cutting edge of the intersection of crypto and fintech. You will have the opportunity to deliver massive impact at a small and quickly growing company that is funded by some of the top investors in fintech and crypto; you would be joining at the earliest possible time. Many of our engineers are based in NYC but we are open to fully remote candidates.
Job Summary
What You'll Do
šDrive the product roadmap for the Rain platform šPartner closely with engineering to define product requirements and prioritization š complex blockchain and payments capabilities into intuitive, customer-facing solutions šIdentify market opportunities and gather feedback from fintech, neobank, and institutional partners šLaunch new products and features quickly, measuring adoption and iterating based on customer needs šStay ahead of industry trends in stablecoins, payments, and Web3 to inform Rainās product direction.
What We're Looking For
š5ā10+ years of experience in product management, ideally in stablecoins, fintech, or crypto. šA strong technical understanding (e.g., APIs, payments, blockchain concepts) and ability to work closely with engineering. šProven track record of shipping products from idea through launch and iteration šWillingness to get hands dirty šExcellent communication skills for working with internal teams, customers, and partners
