📍Multiple years of professional experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a highly regarded financial services or fintech company 📍Demonstrated interest in digital assets and DeFi and insight into financial markets both in the United States and globally 📍Established reputation for having a high tempo work ethic and an extremely high attention to detail that does not require extensive oversight 📍Established reputation for excellent judgment and extremely well trusted by colleagues to protect the assets and interests of the company 📍Demonstrated excellent and precise writing skills and verbal communications skills, including the ability to put financial information in business context

Responsibilities

📍Develop budget methodology for Ondo’s functions and business lines based on parameters provided by Ondo leadership 📍Manage the financial model for the company, and prepare periodic and ad hoc financial reports 📍Recommend, implement and monitor metrics to assess financial and liquidity targets, and the effectiveness and efficiency of processes to manage Ondo’s financial assets 📍Establish and manage processes for budget and expense approvals as well as compensation, payroll and invoice management 📍Work closely with People Operations to support the onboarding and offboarding of employees and contractors
