Job Summary
You Will
📍You will be responsible for informing and executing the long term strategy to enhance Bitcoin compliance detections to ensure best in class coverage in identifying potential illicit activity. 📍You will evaluate BSA/AML coverage requirements for new and existing products or features 📍You will provide governance oversight to compliance detections, maintaining relevant documentation and change management tracking 📍You will collaborate with compliance technology, operations and analytics to implement or enhance compliance detection rules 📍You will stay informed of regulatory developments, industry trends and Block roadmaps to guide decisions. 📍You will manage multiple initiatives, tracking milestones and facilitating conversations between multiple stakeholders
You Have
📍5+ years managing projects within BSA/AML compliance space 📍3+ years managing projects directly related to Bitcoin 📍Experience with blockchain analytics tools (API integration knowledge and experience a plus) 📍Deep understanding of compliance monitoring and directions mechanisms 📍Knowledge in BSA/AML regulations, risks and typologies. 📍Experience managing and documenting large scale projects from start to finish
