Job Summary
Financial Reporting:
šOversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. šEnsure compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and other relevant accounting standards. šDevelop and maintain internal financial reports to monitor company performance. šBudgeting and Forecasting: šLead the annual budgeting process in collaboration with department heads. šPrepare financial forecasts and analyze variances between actuals and budget/forecasts. šProvide insights and recommendations for cost management and revenue optimization.
Who you are:
šBachelorās degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA or CPA preferred. šACA, CPA or CIMA qualified. š5+ years of experience in finance, with at least 2 years in a senior finance role. šExperience in a tech startup environment is highly desirable, with exposure to blockchain or cryptocurrency being a strong advantage. šStrong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and financial reporting standards. šProficiency in financial software and ERP systems; experience with blockchain accounting tools is a plus. šExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. šStrong leadership abilities with experience in managing and developing a finance team.
