Job Summary
In this role, you will:
šOwn the Systems Stack: šBuild and manage the finance systems stack end-to-end (AP, AR, FP&A), taking full responsibility for configuration, cross-platform integrations, and continuous optimization. šChampion AI & Automation: šEstablish AI and automation as the core engine of finance operations by designing, building, and maintaining API-based integrations and automated workflows that replace manual processes. šTranslate Systems Logic: šAct as the bridge between Finance and Tech, translating complex accounting and financial requirements into scalable system logic, automation rules, and robust reporting structures. šBe a Proactive Partner: šCollaborate with Customer Operations, People, and Product teams to ensure frictionless and productive internal operations. šLead Automated BI & SQL Reporting: šDrive the transition away from spreadsheet-based reporting by implementing automated dashboards and reports using SQL and modern BI tools. šSupport Regulatory Governance: šPartner with the Risk Management team to ensure that relevant financial and operational data is accurate across all entities so that regulatory filings (e.g., CIMA VASP reporting) can be prepared with audit-ready precision. šDrive Strategic Planning: šSupport group-wide budgeting and long-term financial modeling, leading the shift toward real-time situational awareness by integrating live on-chain data into decision-making frameworks.
What you need to be successful:
šStrong Foundation: šApproximately 3+ years of experience in FP&A, Technology, Strategy Consulting, or Investment Banking. šBuilders Mindset: šA proven track record of successful experiments in AI and automation. šTech-Forward Approach: šProficiency with modern data and analytics tools and SQL is essential; you are passionate about using technology to automate tasks and solve problems.
