Key Responsibilities:

📍Tax payments and compliance – ensure timely federal, state and local tax submissions. 📍Financial projections – calculate monthly burn and create runway projections. 📍1099 preparation and filing – managed contractor w-9 collection. 📍Reconcile fiat and crypto transactions – oversee banking and crypto transaction record keeping, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate records. 📍Vendor and contractor management – request invoices, streamline submission workflows, and troubleshoot payment issues. 📍Monthly expense reporting – collect all expenses from each month and share with the CEO. 📍System and process optimization – managed tools like xero and coinbase, improve operational workflows and implement automation where possible.

Additional Responsibilities:

📍Investor and team token vesting – set up infrastructure for investor and team token vesting schedules. 📍Asset distribution – handle distribution of investor assets when vesting cliffs are reached. 📍Market maker relationships – negotiate and onboard new market makers. 📍Team travel – coordinate trips end to end, including team offsites and conference travel.
