Responsibilities

📍Working closely with outside vendors for accounting (e.g. monthly close) and tax preparation 📍Own the AP function 📍Investor reporting and report preparation 📍Budgeting / financial planning and analysis 📍Regulatory filings and compliance 📍Treasury / cash management 📍Support with special projects, such as fundraising

Qualifications

📍3-5 years’ experience in fast-paced, financial-centric environment (Investment Banking, Consulting, tech corporate) 📍A self-starter with a zest for learning, ambitious and communicative with a strong penchant for taking the initiative 📍Knowledge of finance and accounting with hands-on experience 📍Forecasting / modeling capabilities 📍Ability to apply technical skills to problem solve a situation or open issue 📍Strong preference for Web3 / NFT work experience, including NFT issuance, token listing and compliance 📍Insights into / interest in Intellectual Property, Web3/NFT, media and emerging technologies is a plus 📍Positive, can-do attitude and flexibility are critical! Travel may be requested from time-to-time
