Job Summary
Major Responsibilities:
šManage billing processes including refunds, voids, and account credit notes using Stripe and OfficeRnD platforms. šMonitor accounts payable, ensuring invoices are approved and paid promptly, utilizing the Bill platform. šPerform end-of-month project reconciliations using Xero and Procore software. šReceive, sort, and forward incoming mail related to financial matters. šUpdate the weekly cash flow template using Google Sheets, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. šMonitor Ramp credit card platform, ensuring all transactions are accurately coded and processed in a timely manner. šAssist with ad hoc financial analysis and accounting projects as assigned. šAttend weekly team meetings to stay informed about departmental updates and contribute to discussions.
Ideal Experience and Skills:
šCurrently enrolled in a Finance or Accounting degree program. šProficiency in Google Sheets or Excel. šAssist with month-end close by owning the reconciliation process for various GL accounts across various active sites and projects under construction. šDemonstrate eagerness and enthusiasm to make meaningful contributions to the team. šStrong verbal and written communication skills. šPassion for Kilnās mission and values.
