Job Summary
Your main responsibilities:
šTake ownership of Accounting processes and monthly execution (German accounting firm partner, and Quickbooks) šLead team spend management (Moss, other tools) šOwn, track budgeting (Google sheets or preferred SaaS) and report to team- and executive leadership šLead Payroll (including Deel, Datev) Drive Multisig operations for Evmos Foundation (Gnosis Safe) šContribute to external vendor negotiations (e.g. SaaS companies) and salary negotiations with new team contributors šAdd financial reporting to monthly investor briefings šSet-up and execute our treasury management šAssist Operations Leadership with special projects across Legal, Finance, Recruiting-/ HR-related functions šDefine strategic priorities for yourself and the rest of the team to bring more value to the Evmos ecosystem
What you will learn
šDevelop an in-depth understanding of how a crypto growth company establishes and runs its Finance and Accounting Operations across entities šManage Investor Relations and communication with Capital Markets together with executive team šSupport core team to create and track progress of our strategic roadmap šDeveloping an active and prosperous ecosystem of value creation on the Evmos blockchain
