Job Summary
Your main responsibilities:
📍Take ownership of Accounting processes and monthly execution (German accounting firm partner, and Quickbooks) 📍Lead team spend management (Moss, other tools) 📍Own, track budgeting (Google sheets or preferred SaaS) and report to team- and executive leadership 📍Lead Payroll (including Deel, Datev) Drive Multisig operations for Evmos Foundation (Gnosis Safe) 📍Contribute to external vendor negotiations (e.g. SaaS companies) and salary negotiations with new team contributors 📍Add financial reporting to monthly investor briefings 📍Set-up and execute our treasury management 📍Assist Operations Leadership with special projects across Legal, Finance, Recruiting-/ HR-related functions 📍Define strategic priorities for yourself and the rest of the team to bring more value to the Evmos ecosystem
