Core Responsibilities:

📍Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. 📍Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents. 📍Coordinate and manage project tasks, schedules, and resources to optimize productivity. 📍Implement and maintain safety and compliance protocols to ensure all operations adhere to industry and legal standards. 📍Collaborate with other departments, including but not limited to logistics, central & market operations to ensure a smooth operation and resolve any issues promptly. 📍Monitor and report on the progress of projects, providing regular updates to senior management. 📍Conduct site inspections and spot audits to ensure adherence to operational procedures and safety guidelines. 📍Innovate and implement continuous improvement strategies for field operations. 📍Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management. 📍Handle emergency response and crisis management when necessary.

About You:

📍Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field. 📍Proven experience in field operations or a similar role. 📍Strong understanding of supply chain management principles, logistics operations, and Field Operations. 📍Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks. 📍Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 📍Excellent English verbal and written communication skills. 📍Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 📍Certification in project management, safety, or related fields is a plus. 📍Willingness to travel to project sites as required. 📍Flexibility to handle unexpected challenges and adapt to changing environments
