Job Summary
What you'll do:
📍Develop and manage a calendar of strategic field marketing initiatives. 📍Partner with business development to drive recruitment and follow up. 📍Orchestrate exclusive dinners, VIP gatherings, and intimate events with target accounts. 📍Execute creative non-booth activations that capture attention and drive engagement. 📍Secure prime meeting spaces to connect with clients and prospects at trade shows. 📍Partner with our community manager to organize happy hours and in-person workshops. 📍Coordinate logistics for executive participation at key industry events. 📍Identify speaking opportunities at high-value industry events for Blockaid executives. 📍Manage relationships with event vendors, partners, and venues. 📍Collaborate with content and design teams to create compelling promo materials.
Requirements
📍3+ years of experience in field marketing, preferably in cyber, DevTools, or web3. 📍Non-cookie-cutter thinking and desire to break free from big-SaaS playbooks. 📍Experience executing creative brand activations that go beyond typical booths. 📍Experience coordinating sales-focused meetings and environments at industry events. 📍Exceptional organizational and project management skills with attention to detail. 📍Creative problem-solver who can maximize impact with efficient resource allocation. 📍Strong relationship builder with excellent communication skills. 📍Ability to travel for events (approximately 15-20% travel). 📍Blockchain/web3 knowledge is preferred but not required.
