Job Summary
What you'll do:
šDevelop and manage a calendar of strategic field marketing initiatives. šPartner with business development to drive recruitment and follow up. šOrchestrate exclusive dinners, VIP gatherings, and intimate events with target accounts. šExecute creative non-booth activations that capture attention and drive engagement. šSecure prime meeting spaces to connect with clients and prospects at trade shows. šPartner with our community manager to organize happy hours and in-person workshops. šCoordinate logistics for executive participation at key industry events. šIdentify speaking opportunities at high-value industry events for Blockaid executives. šManage relationships with event vendors, partners, and venues. šCollaborate with content and design teams to create compelling promo materials.
Requirements
š3+ years of experience in field marketing, preferably in cyber, DevTools, or web3. šNon-cookie-cutter thinking and desire to break free from big-SaaS playbooks. šExperience executing creative brand activations that go beyond typical booths. šExperience coordinating sales-focused meetings and environments at industry events. šExceptional organizational and project management skills with attention to detail. šCreative problem-solver who can maximize impact with efficient resource allocation. šStrong relationship builder with excellent communication skills. šAbility to travel for events (approximately 15-20% travel). šBlockchain/web3 knowledge is preferred but not required.
