Job Summary
Responsibilities:
📍Support the CCO: Provide comprehensive support to the CCO, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence. 📍Organisational Management: Ensure the smooth operation of the Commercial Organisation by maintaining excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. 📍Team Collaboration: Work closely with the commercial team to support various projects and initiatives, fostering a collaborative and team-oriented environment. 📍Communication: Act as a liaison between the CCO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and efficient communication. 📍Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative duties such as travel arrangements, expense reports, and document management. 📍Project Support: Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and initiatives within the Commercial Organisation.
Skills and Qualifications:
📍Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role. 📍Exceptional organisational and time-management skills. 📍Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 📍Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. 📍A proactive and adaptable approach to work. 📍Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. 📍Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office applications. 📍Knowledge and experience using Salesforce (SFDC), will be a plus.
