Job Summary
Your Core Responsibilities:
đź“ŤExecute trades with a focus on price, speed, liquidity, and market impact đź“ŤMaintain strong broker connectivity and efficiently manage multiple off-screen requests đź“ŤProvide real-time flow colour, actionable insights, and market context to support trader decision-making đź“ŤGather, interpret, and organize market information to capture flow opportunities and support pricing improvements đź“ŤManage broker chats and external communication channels with clarity and urgency đź“ŤWork with traders and engineers to refine execution logic, tools, and system performance đź“ŤDrive projects related to counterparty analysis, data quality, and broker relationship management đź“ŤReport execution results, observations, and insights to internal stakeholders đź“ŤReview historical trade data to assess execution quality and identify areas for improvement
Your Skills and Experience
📍2–5+ years of experience in a similar execution or trading role at a proprietary trading firm, hedge fund, or leading bank 📍Experience with options markets 📍Experience with Brazilian markets is a plus, but not required 📍Strong communication skills, with the ability to provide clear and timely market updates 📍Strong attention to detail and situational awareness in fast-moving environments 📍Stress resilience and a drive for ownership and continuous improvement 📍Strong numerical and analytical skills to make quick, data-driven decisions
