Job Summary
What you'll do
📍Work closely with Operations and Quant Team to configure and test the exchange application end-to-end, which includes drafting, executing, reviewing, and owning the test scenarios, test cases and checklist(s)/process flow(s). 📍Monitor exchange prices and spreads to ensure it is align with global market prices 📍Treasury management for quant wallet 📍Prepare and present weekly OKR reports 📍Managed and onboard partners onto exchange 📍Leverage trading metrics to identify inefficiencies and opportunities to increase profitability and performance 📍Maintain exchange liquidity and troubleshoot any live-trading issues
What we expect from you
📍A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred. 📍Extensive experience in Crypto operations and process optimization. 📍More than 2 years of experience in exchange operations. 📍Preferably, more than 1 year of experience in spot or Conversion trading in financial services and/or user operations. 📍Good knowledge in operations, including BAU, back admin system management, basic trading knowledge, and market promotion. 📍Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams. 📍Experience in risk management and automation tools. 📍Excellent communication skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
