What You'll Do

📍Support the planning and execution of team-hosted and sponsored events hosted in The Studio events space 📍Occasional assistance outside events (e.g. conference side events) 📍Assist in gathering event requirements, coordinating logistics, and ensuring readiness of the space, materials, and vendors 📍Maintain physical inventory and assist in updating event checklists, templates, and pre- and post-event documentation to ensure consistency and quality across events 📍Lead physical set up for events, including element construction, furniture set up, asset assembly, and staging 📍Help track budgets, place orders, maintain vendor relationships, and capture event data (e.g. attendance, photography, feedback) for hosted events

Who You Are

📍1–2 years in live event production, theater tech, hospitality, or similar relevant experience 📍Familiarity with standard workplace tech stack (e.g. Google Workspace, Notion, Luma, Linear) 📍Attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication, including note-taking and scheduling ability 📍Ability to comfortably lift 50 lbs, move furniture, and be on your feet for up to 12 hours at a time 📍Working knowledge and comfortable usage of power tools, event lighting, and basic AV systems (XLR cables, wireless mics, mixers, HDMI routing, live soundchecks, projector setup) 📍Personable and remains calm under pressure, with the ability to think and react quickly
