Job Summary
You will:
šDrive strategic relationships with founders, investors, institutions, and regulators across Europe šSupport the institutional growth vertical lead in regional expansion and market entry šDevelop and execute regional growth initiatives and events šManage relationships with regulatory bodies and industry groups šOversee regional grant programs and ecosystem funding šCoordinate with global teams on cross-regional opportunities
To be successful in this role
You ideally have: š7+ years experience in financial services or fintech, with at least one prior full time role in crypto/blockchain šDeep network within London and broader European tech/startup ecosystem šExperience working with regulators and financial institutions šTrack record of scaling business operations across multiple countries šStrong understanding of regional regulatory frameworks
