Responsibilities

📍Managing and coaching: You will be managing and coaching a full-stack engineering team and guide the development of infrastructure across web, mobile, backend and data engineering. 📍Technical leadership: You will be a thoughtful technical voice and support your team and the broader engineering organization in making diligent architectural decisions. 📍Setting direction: You will be collaborating with engineers and the founders to turn our vision into a tangible roadmap. 📍Team building: You will be working with the team to create and foster a culture of raising the bar with each new hire.

Qualifications

📍5+ years full-time software engineering experience. 📍3+ years professional engineering management experience. 📍1+ years full-time experience in a blockchain based project. 📍Demonstrated interest in open and community-driven platforms
